Our mission is to provide every dancer with equal access to achievement.

Our Core Values

Support. We provide support to teachers and dancers through an affordable feis and exam system. Our rubrics provide clear dancing guidelines without requiring conformity to a certain style, and we provide training and friendly assistance in our processes and technology.

Freedom. We value the freedom of dancers and teachers to choose the programs and support systems that will be most beneficial to them.

Inclusion. We value all people, regardless of race, color, ethnicity, ancestry, national origin, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital and/or familial status, mental and/or physical impairment and/or disability, military status, economic status, political affiliation, or any other distinguishing characteristics. We intend our costuming requirements to be easily adapted for religious or other personal needs. They are intended to be genderfluid-friendly.

We are passionately open platform and accept dancers from all organizations. However, we are equally passionate about being an educated dancer. If you are a dancer who isn't sure about the rules you are beholden to, ask your teacher about your school's organizational membership and whether or not it participates in an open platform system.
